AWESOME BOOK!! I learned a lot and really appreciated this.very helpful

The first five stages mentioned in Day 1 is something that readers should definitely put some deep sight. One thing I'd like to put here of my own is that whosoever is learning about the remedy of chronic illness must know a master key to unlock all the locks and that is 'Believing in Happy-endings". Once you're convinced that at the end things are gonna be fine then it would be a lot easier for you to deal with the rest of the matters.
The second thing that needs some good concern is not to worry about something that hasn't happened yet. There's a pill that is very hard to swallow for all of us and that pill is called the "Pre-Destination". What's gonna happen to you will happen regardless of whether it's bad or good and it's not important what actually happens. The thing that we need to focus on is how to deal or act upon that event. There should be a balance between Fear and Hope. The stage where we actually fail is either we FEAR a lot or we are ALWAYS in HOPE that each and every decision we make will have a positive come out. The story of Meggie and Becky mentioned on page 08 summarizes all about how to deal with this part.
Remember that every single soul that is born on this planet born with a specific skill/talent different than the rest of us just like our finger prints. The only struggle you got to do is to recognize that talent in you and don't underestimate yourself because you're not able to do something which other people do. Perhaps you are able to do something that others can't. I happened to be in a restaurant (I won't name it) where they got deaf and blind people in their staff doings their jobs despite having this major disability and having guilt for themselves and blaming God. While going outside I usually see beggars with their perfect body begging people for money. So don't be a complainer, be a problem solver.
- Stay positive 24/7
- Focus on Quality rather than Quantity
- Do a great balance between Hope and Fear
- Last but not least, believe in Happy-Endings
Finally! Thank you Kristi for providing the tools I need to reprogram my thought patterns! Such an easy 21 day plan with real, actionable steps I can take to take back my life!
As a chronic illness sufferer, I welcomed the guided, 21-day manual that lets one know they have the power to choose happiness and joy, even while fighting their personal battle. The affirmations and resources at the end of the book are great and keep you on the path of joy. “I received a copy of this book in exchange for a review”.
